"Prismatic Springs"
Located in Yellowstone National Park. is one of my favorite places. During my time as an Artist in Residence at the park, I was captivated by the way the sky's colors reflect on the hot springs water, creating a unique luminosity that highlights the sky, tree and surrounding landscape. Painting these colors in watercolor was an exciting experience, as it allowed me to capture and reflect my memories at Yellowstone.
